What Makes This Role Different
We are intentionally building a management team instead of relying on one person to carry the entire restaurant.
Each Assistant Manager will have a specific lane they are responsible for, but the management team will work together to keep the restaurant operating successfully.
You may become our go-to person for scheduling, inventory, events, kitchen/menu execution, POS or another part of the business.
The expectation is simple:
Own your lane. Support your team. Solve problems. Take care of our guests. Help make the restaurant better.
Schedule & Compensation
We are open to both hourly and salaried management arrangements depending on experience, availability and level of responsibility.
Evening and weekend availability will be important because of the nature of the restaurant and event business.
Compensation will be competitive and based on experience, responsibilities and schedule.
Interested?
Send us a resume or a short introduction telling us about your restaurant/hospitality experience, what you're great at, and what type of management responsibility you'd be most interested in owning.
