Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Kitchen Management position!

Our company is looking to hire a Kitchen manager that will be in charge of the day to day operations. This position requires someone who will create quality products that contribute to an exceptional guest experience. A leader who is able to mentor staff members and create and maintain a positive, clean and productive work environment. We are looking for someone who has experience in working with financials to maintain or improve company standards. This individual will be working alongside an upbeat and positive staff in an establishment that is well known for its upscale bar food within the Waukesha County area.

Salary: 55k - 75k

Qualifications/Abilities:

5+ years of Managing Experience
5+ years of Cooking Experience
ServSafe Certified/ Proper knowledge for health and safety of preparing and handling food
Kitchen Display System experience (preferred but not necessary)
Full-time availability with flexible schedule 45-50 hour work weeks
Ability to lift 50lbs
Ability to stand and work for long periods of time
Exceptional organizational skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Duties include:

Ordering and inventory management
Scheduling back of house positions
Catering and events planning
Hiring qualified candidates
Training back of house positions
Overseeing and maintaining quality of food preparation and presentation according to our standards
Creating new and exciting menu items
Monitoring handling, storing and preparing food safety and correctly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
