As an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Account Manager in our Enterprise Growth team, you will have the exciting opportunity of driving digital transformation across the strategic ISV accounts you manage, promoting the entire AWS products and services portfolio.

Key job responsibilities
As an AWS Account Manager in our Enterprise Greenfield (new business) team, you are driving digital transformations through effective engagement with C-level executives, IT leaders, architects, developers, and various lines of business across the ISV ecosystem. You are establishing AWS as the key cloud technology provider across the strategic ISV accounts you manage, promoting the entire AWS products and services portfolio.

On a daily basis you empower your ISV customers to solve challenges while attaining both their operational and innovation goals. You deliver business outcomes while guiding them to become more agile, innovative, and efficient — helping ISVs build, scale, and modernize their software products on AWS. With AWS, our customers benefit from the fastest pace of innovation, the broadest and deepest functionality, the most secure computing environment, and the most proven operational expertise.

Deliver digital transformations through effective engagement with C-level executives, IT leaders, architects, and developers within ISV accounts
Establish AWS as the key cloud technology provider across ISV accounts, promoting the entire AWS product and services portfolio
Empower ISV customers to solve challenges while attaining both operational and innovation goals
Guide customers to become more agile, innovative, and efficient, delivering measurable business outcomes
Leverage AWS's industry-leading innovation, functionality, security, and operational expertise to maximize customer benefits
Identify, develop, negotiate, and close large-scale technology initiatives with ISV customers

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of technology sales experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience selling AI/ML solutions
Experience selling cloud computing solutions and services to ISV or software-focused organizations

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and sales incentives. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
