Aesthetic Front Desk Coordinator – Part-Time

Dr. Susan Seman Solution | West Bloomfield, MI
$20–$25/hour, depending on experience
Part-Time | Flexible Schedule | Weekend Availability Optional

Join Our Team

Dr. Susan Seman Solution is seeking a personable and organized Aesthetic Front Desk Coordinator to help create a welcoming experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and being part of a fast-paced aesthetic or medical environment. Previous experience in a medspa, dermatology office, plastic surgery practice, or medical office is a plus.

What You'll Do

Greet patients and make them feel comfortable from the moment they arrive
Manage incoming calls and assist patients with questions and requests
Schedule appointments and coordinate appointment reminders and confirmations
Handle patient check-out, payments, and point-of-sale transactions
Keep patient information and records organized in Aesthetic Record EMR
Assist with general front-office and administrative duties
Help maintain an efficient and positive patient flow throughout the day
Deliver a polished, professional, and personalized patient experience

What We're Looking For

Required:

1–2 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, customer service, or similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and remain professional in a busy environment
Dependable, friendly, and team-oriented personality

Preferred Experience:

Previous experience in a medspa, aesthetic practice, dermatology, plastic surgery, or medical office
Familiarity with Square POS
Experience with Aesthetic Record EMR

Pay & Perks

$20–$25 per hour , based on experience
Part-time hours with scheduling flexibility
Optional weekend shifts
