Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic General Manager - Restaurant to lead our vibrant hospitality team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and team leadership. Your passion for food, dedication to hospitality, and managerial expertise will drive the success of our restaurant, creating memorable experiences for every guest. Duties

Lead daily operations, including food preparation, shop management, and customer service delivery to ensure high standards are maintained.
Manage staff recruitment, training, development, and performance evaluations to build a skilled and motivated team.
Oversee inventory control and food safety management to minimize waste and ensure compliance with health regulations.
Utilize POS systems for order processing, cash handling, and sales reporting.
Monitor financial performance through profit and loss analysis, budgeting, and cost control strategies to maximize profitability.
Supervise shift management, ensuring smooth transitions between shifts while maintaining quality standards.
Implement staff training programs focused on food handling, customer service excellence, and food safety protocols.
Foster a welcoming hospitality environment by promoting teamwork, positive communication, and exceptional guest experiences.
Coordinate with kitchen staff on food production, culinary standards, and special event catering including banquets or large parties.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation across all areas.

Requirements

Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food industry operations.
Extensive knowledge of food preparation, management best practices.
Familiarity with POS systems for sales transactions and inventory tracking.
Demonstrated ability in managing hospitality teams with supervisory experience in casual dining or fine dining settings.
Strong skills in cash handling, budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and inventory control.
Excellent managerial communication skills with experience in staff training, interviewing, and team leadership.
Knowledge of food safety management practices including HACCP standards or equivalent certifications preferred.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
Basic math skills for order accuracy, financial calculations, and inventory management.
