Quality Inspector - Advanced Electro Mechanical

Join a growing electro-mechanical manufacturing team supporting the production of advanced electronic and mechanical assemblies. This opportunity is ideal for experienced Quality Inspectors who thrive in a precision manufacturing environment and have strong attention to detail.
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections on complex electro-mechanical assemblies
- Read and interpret blueprints, bills of materials, and engineering documentation
- Complete inspection reports and document non-conforming materials
- Conduct First Article Inspections (FAI)
- Use precision measuring and inspection tools including:
- Calipers
- Micrometers
- Multi-meters
- Pin gauges
- Feeler gauges
- Scales
- Verify workmanship standards and quality compliance throughout production
- Support quality objectives while maintaining production efficiency
- 3+ years of Quality Inspection experience within electro-mechanical manufacturing
- Experience inspecting assemblies, wiring, cables, or electronic components
- Strong blueprint and BOM reading skills
- Knowledge of First Article Inspection processes
- Familiarity with IPC-A-620 workmanship standards
- Experience identifying and documenting non-conforming material
- Strong written communication and documentation skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work with urgency without sacrificing quality
- Precision light industrial manufacturing environment
- Combination of production floor, warehouse, and office settings
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs required
