Master’s-Level Clinician – Children & Adolescents Elevate Counseling Services | Easton, MA | Full-Time Fee-for-Service

Ready to take your clinical experience to the next level?

Elevate Counseling Services is seeking compassionate, motivated Master’s-level clinicians to join our growing Easton team and work with children, adolescents, and families ages 4 and up.

We are especially interested in clinicians with experience in outpatient mental health, In-Home Therapy (IHT), Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), hospitals, community mental health, or other higher-acuity settings.

Your Background

We value diverse clinical experiences, including:

Outpatient mental health
In-Home Therapy (IHT)
Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP)
Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP)
Hospital or inpatient settings
Community mental health
Crisis or higher-acuity behavioral health

Experience with children, adolescents, families, complex clinical presentations, or higher levels of care is a plus.

Responsibilities

Conduct initial intakes, assessments, and diagnostic evaluations
Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs and medical necessity
Provide individual and/or family therapy
Build strong therapeutic relationships with clients and families
Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in the Electronic Health Record
Monitor client progress and ongoing medical necessity
Communicate effectively with clients, families, referral sources, supervisors, and team members
Participate in individual and group supervision
Maintain appropriate supervision documentation, when applicable
Participate in required trainings, team meetings, and organizational events
Follow ethical, HIPAA, and Elevate Counseling Services standards

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Counselor Education, or a related field
Experience providing mental health services during or after graduate school
Experience in outpatient, IHT, PHP, IOP, hospital, community mental health, or similar behavioral health settings strongly preferred
Experience working with children and/or adolescents preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Computer proficiency and ability to use an Electronic Health Record
Commitment to providing compassionate, ethical, client-centered care
