Nurse Practitioner (Full-Time) – Wellness Clinic | Functional Medicine | Integrative Care Location: 11123 Montgomery Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45249 Pay: $50.00 to $70.00 per hour+ Weekly Bonus/Incentives Join a Fast-Growing Wellness Clinic Leading the Future of Patient-Centered Medicine

Wellness Docs is redefining healthcare through a functional, patient-centered approach. We specialize in hormone optimization, IV therapy, physical therapy, rehabilitation, chiropractic care, and holistic medicine, helping patients recover faster, feel better, and achieve peak health performance.

We’re looking for a Nurse Practitioner (NP) with specific expertise in IV therapy and venous access. This is not a "high-volume, quick-fix" environment—we focus on comprehensive wellness plans that truly change lives. If you are a clinical leader who wants to move beyond traditional primary care into a holistic, performance-based model, you belong on our team.

What You’ll Do & Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical history and functional assessments
Develop and manage personalized treatment plans focused on hormone optimization, regenerative medicine, and holistic wellness
Oversee the IV Therapy department, ensuring safe administration of nutrient infusions and peptides
Perform and supervise venous access for complex cases, ensuring high clinical standards for all IV services
Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab work (functional blood panels, hormone levels, etc.)
Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team (Chiropractors, PTAs, Case Managers) to ensure integrated care
Provide patient education on lifestyle, nutrition, and preventative health strategies
Monitor patient progress and adjust protocols to ensure optimal clinical outcomes
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation (EMR)

Qualifications

Master’s or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program required
Current Ohio NP License and Board Certification (AANP or ANCC) required
Prescriptive authority (DEA license) in good standing
Strong clinical background in IV therapy, infusion services, or emergency medicine required
Previous experience in functional medicine or hormone replacement therapy (HRT) is a major plus
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build deep rapport with patients
A collaborative mindset and a passion for working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
