Medical Technologist (MT CLS) – Full-Time (Multiple U.S. Locations)

Description:

Location: Multiple U.S. Locations
Assignment Length: 6,240 hours (Full-Time, 36 hours/week minimum)
Start Date: Flexible
Shifts: Day and night

Are you a Medical Technologist looking for more stability while still keeping the flexibility of contract work?

Health Carousel is hiring MTs for full-time roles at our client healthcare organizations across the United States. You’ll be employed by Health Carousel and supported by a dedicated team that handles the logistics, so you can stay focused on delivering accurate, high-quality diagnostic testing.

Assignments are 6,240 hours in length, giving you time to settle in, build strong working relationships, and make a meaningful impact. When your assignment ends, you may also be considered for full-time employment at the facility.

What You’ll Do

Perform routine and complex laboratory testing on blood, tissue, and other patient samples
Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory instruments and analyzers
Analyze and verify results to ensure accuracy and quality
Report critical values following facility protocols
Follow all safety, infection control, and biohazard handling procedures
Maintain all required credentials and licensure throughout the assignment
Collaborate with clinicians and lab teams to support timely patient diagnosis and treatment
Adhere to facility and Health Carousel policies and procedures.

Requirements

Valid ASCPi or AMT
Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following: Medical Technology, Medical Laboratory Science, Biological Science, Microbiology, Chemistry or Biochemistry, or related.
