Position Title: Residential Program Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and motivated Residential Program Manager to oversee the daily operations of one or more residential homes serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). The Residential Program Manager is responsible for ensuring high-quality, person-centered services while maintaining compliance with state and agency regulations. This role provides leadership, supervision, and support to Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and promotes an environment where individuals can achieve their personal goals and live meaningful lives.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise, coach, and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals receiving services.
Oversee daily operations, staffing schedules, and program activities.
Monitor implementation of Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and person-centered goals.
Ensure compliance with Pennsylvania Chapter 6400 Regulations, licensing requirements, and agency policies.
Complete required documentation, incident reports, and quality assurance reviews.
Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations of staff.
Coordinate medical appointments, transportation, and communication with families, guardians, and interdisciplinary teams.
Manage household budgets, inventory, and purchasing as assigned.
Respond to emergencies and provide on-call support as needed.
Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment for individuals and employees.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, Special Education, or a related field preferred. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Thorough knowledge of Pennsylvania Chapter 6400 Regulations is required.
Strong understanding of person-centered practices and regulatory compliance.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
Ability to pass all required background checks and pre-employment screenings.
CPR, First Aid, Medication Administration, and other required certifications (or ability to obtain upon hire).
