Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Guest Service Agent to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will excel in delivering exceptional customer service in a hotel environment and will be the face of our establishment, welcoming guests and ensuring a pleasant experience throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
Provide guests with information about the hotel, its amenities, and local attractions.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with empathy, tact, and a problem-solving mindset.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest preferences and special requests are met.
Process reservations, confirmations, and cancellations accurately.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current promotions, services, and happenings within the hotel.
Utilize computer systems to enter and retrieve necessary guest information.
Offer suggestions and additional services to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional hospitality training or certifications are a plus.
Previous experience in a customer service role, particularly in the hospitality industry, is advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with hotel reservation software is beneficial.
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
