Airy/Chestnut Hill area of Philadelphia, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Aide to join our rapidly expanding team!

As a Medicare Certified and State Licensed clinic, FitLife is known for its hands-on, individualized care offering both traditional land therapy and aquatic therapy programs.

Your Role

As a Physical Therapy Aide at FitLife, you will:

Assist Physical Therapists by supporting patient flow and session preparation
Guide patients through exercise flows under PT supervision (non-clinical support)
Prepare treatment areas and ensure the clinic is clean, safe, and organized.
Manage equipment setup, sanitization between sessions, and general clinic upkeep.
Perform clinic support duties (laundry, stocking supplies, maintaining organization)
Help with administrative and operational tasks as needed (front desk support, laundry, patient flow coordination).
Provide welcoming, positive interactions with patients and help create a smooth clinic experience

Qualifications

✅ Minimum 1 year of experience preferred working as a Physical Therapy Aide or in a similar environment (outpatient rehab, fitness center, chiropractic office, or medically supervised wellness setting)

✅ Students in a related healthcare field (without experience) !

✅ Strong interpersonal and communication skills

✅ Ability to multitask in a busy clinical setting

✅ Excellent communication and customer service abilities

✅ Comfortable interacting with patients and following exercise instructions

✅ Positive, professional, and proactive attitude, with willingness to be a team player

* Experience in outpatient orthopedics or aquatic therapy is a plus — but not required.

Full-Time Position Details

Weekdays Only (No Weekends!)
Schedule:

Monday/Wednesday: 12pm–8pm
