Full Job Description

We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Territory Sales Representative to drive sales growth and strengthen customer relationships across Wisconsin and Illinois. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding an existing customer base, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales objectives.

This role requires a proactive sales professional who thrives on building relationships, uncovering customer needs, and delivering solutions that create long-term value. The Territory Sales Representative will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure exceptional service, territory growth, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify growth opportunities and increase market penetration throughout the assigned territory.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication, account reviews, and on-site visits to drive retention and long-term partnership success.
Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities to expand market share and generate revenue growth.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, converting qualified prospects into long-term customers.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Conduct regular customer visits, strategic sales calls, product demonstrations, and presentations across Wisconsin and Illinois.
Assess customer needs and recommend products, services, and customized solutions that align with their business objectives.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, contracts, and follow-up communications in a timely and professional manner.
Track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM software and other sales tools.
Collaborate with internal departments including customer service, operations, and logistics to ensure accurate order fulfillment and prompt resolution of customer concerns.
Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for territory expansion and business improvement.
Attend sales meetings, training programs, trade shows, and company-sponsored events as required.
Maintain a professional understanding of company products, industry developments, and customer applications.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of two (2) years of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships and develop new business opportunities.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a geographic territory effectively.
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout Wisconsin and Illinois.
