This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential, making it an excellent opportunity for an esthetician who enjoys building a loyal clientele while providing exceptional service.

We specialize in results-driven skincare and value estheticians who are knowledgeable about modern skincare innovations, including Korean skincare (K-Beauty) products, ingredients, and treatment philosophies. If you enjoy educating clients, creating customized treatment plans, and helping clients achieve healthy, glowing skin, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

As a Licensed Esthetician, you will provide customized skincare treatments and beauty services while educating clients on maintaining healthy skin and achieving their skincare goals.

Responsibilities

Perform customized facial treatments based on each client's skin type, concerns, and skincare goals.
Provide professional exfoliation services, including microdermabrasion and superficial chemical exfoliation treatments appropriate for your scope of practice.
Perform facial and body waxing services with attention to client comfort and safety.
Offer eyebrow shaping, facial hair removal, and threading services (if trained).
Perform eyelash and eyebrow tinting, lash lifts, and eyelash extension services (if certified and within California regulations).
Apply makeup for special occasions, events, and everyday beauty needs.
Conduct thorough skin consultations and develop personalized treatment plans.
Educate clients on proper home skincare routines, post-treatment care, and professional skincare products.
Recommend skincare products and treatment packages that support clients' long-term skin health and goals.
Utilize knowledge of Korean skincare products, ingredients, and routines to provide customized recommendations and enhance client results.
Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.
Ensure treatment rooms, tools, and equipment meet all California sanitation and infection-control standards.
Utilize salon software to manage appointments, client records, and point-of-sale transactions.
Build lasting client relationships through exceptional customer service, professionalism, and consistent results.
Stay current on skincare techniques, ingredients, products, and industry trends through continuing education.

Qualifications

Current California Esthetician License in good standing.
Previous experience in a spa, salon, med spa, or skincare practice preferred but not required.
Strong knowledge of skin analysis, facial treatments, waxing, microdermabrasion, and professional skincare services.
Experience performing superficial chemical exfoliation treatments is preferred.
Knowledge of Korean skincare (K-Beauty) products, ingredients, treatment philosophies, and home-care routines is highly preferred.
Passion for educating clients and creating personalized skincare regimens.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Strong retail and service sales skills with confidence recommending skincare products and treatment plans.
Experience using salon scheduling software is a plus.
Reliable, organized, and committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming workspace.
Passion for continuing education and staying informed on emerging skincare trends and innovations.
