Are you passionate about improving processes, solving operational challenges, and driving business performance? We're looking for a Business Operations Manager who will play a key role in supporting and optimizing operations across North America.

In this highly collaborative position, you'll partner with teams across Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Technical Service, Logistics, and Accounting to improve efficiency, strengthen business processes, and support organizational growth. You'll oversee activities related to inventory management, production planning, supply chain coordination, ERP administration, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management & Control

Manages inventory across all company locations, ensuring inventory accuracy, appropriate stock levels, timely reporting, and effective inventory controls to support profitability and operational efficiency.

Production & Operations Support

Coordinates production and operational activities across U.S. and Canadian locations, ensuring accurate cost allocation, transaction processing, and efficient workflow execution.

ERP & Business Process Management

Serves as the primary SAP and ERP resource, maintaining data integrity, supporting business processes, driving process improvements, and promoting consistent operational practices across the organization.

Supply Chain & Logistics

Oversee supply chain and logistics activities to ensure efficient purchasing, inventory movement, supplier coordination, and product availability across all locations.

Sales & Customer Support Operations

Partners with Sales and Customer Service to ensure transaction accuracy, resolve operational issues, and support a seamless customer experience.

Reporting & Business Analytics

Develops and analyzes operational reports, KPIs, and business metrics to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

Compliance & Audit Support

Maintains operational compliance requirements, supports audit activities, and ensures business records and processes align with company and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Agricultural Business, Finance, or a related field.

Experience

5+ years of experience in operations, inventory management, supply chain, manufacturing, or business process management.

Systems & Technical Skills

Strong ERP system experience required; SAP experience is highly preferred.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, lookup functions, and data analysis tools.

Core Competencies

Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage priorities and follow through on key initiatives.
Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments, functions, and locations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate operational information clearly for cross-functional teams.

Preferred

Experience in agricultural equipment, manufacturing, distribution, or related industries.
Experience leading process improvement initiatives.
Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain best practices.
Experience working within multi-location business environments.

Supply Chain Coordination: Enhance purchasing, logistics, inventory movement, and product availability across U.S. and Canadian operations.
Cross-Functional Partnership: Serve as a trusted business partner to Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Technical Service, and accounting teams.
