Title: Sr. Salesforce Engineer
Location: Indianapolis, IN

What You'll Do:
- Support a large-scale migration from Oracle Sales Cloud to Salesforce CRM.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand current-state processes and design future-state Salesforce solutions.
- Configure and customize Salesforce using Flows, custom objects, custom fields, validation rules, page layouts, and automation tools.
- Help architect business processes and workflows that improve operational efficiency and user experience.
- Collaborate with data migration resources to map, validate, and optimize data moving from Oracle Sales Cloud into Salesforce.
- Support integrations with external platforms including Fiserv, PerformLine, Qvidian, Zeta, and other business applications.
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics that support business operations and leadership visibility.
- Participate in platform design discussions and recommend best practices for scalable Salesforce implementations.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and provide technical support throughout the migration lifecycle.
- Document configurations, workflows, integrations, and technical solutions.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
- Experience configuring and supporting Salesforce in an enterprise environment.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Salesforce Flows
- Custom Objects
- Custom Fields
- Reports & Dashboards
- Security & Permission Management
- Automation & Workflow Design
- Experience supporting CRM implementation, modernization, or migration initiatives.
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience supporting Salesforce integrations with third-party applications.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform best practices and declarative development tools.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience migrating from Oracle Sales Cloud to Salesforce.
- Experience supporting large-scale CRM data migration efforts.
- Experience working with complex data models and highly customized CRM environments.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification.
- Salesforce Platform Developer Certification.
- Experience with Apex development.
- Experience working within sales, account management, or customer relationship management organizations.
- Experience supporting enterprise CRM transformation initiatives.

Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour
