We are seeking qualified candidates for the position of Consumer Affairs Representative I at our Southern Pines, NC facility. This is a hybrid, salaried, overtime-eligible role with a standard schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Employees work remotely on Mondays and Fridays, with in-office days Tuesday through Thursday.
As the first point of contact for our customers, this position plays a critical role in delivering exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and representing our brand with professionalism and care.
This role includes a structured step-increase program designed to support development and reward performance:

Starting Salary: $39,000 annually

Scheduled Pay Increases: At 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months, based on performance and tenure

Responsibilities of the position include:

Answer, process, and document incoming phone calls, e-mails, and letters from retail consumers in a fast-paced call center environment

Learn, demonstrate, and apply knowledge of small appliances

Crosstrain on specialty brands to support consumer phone and email inquiries, including white glove customer service

Provide light troubleshooting and sales assistance where needed

Requirements of the position include:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Six months of customer service experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Computer skills with experience in data entry, e-mail, and the Internet across multiple systems

The ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
