Job Title: Accountant / CPA

We specialize in delivering expert accounting, tax planning, and advisory services to help our clients achieve financial success.

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled accountant with an aptitude to learn. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of accounting and/or tax experience and have or be working toward earning the CPA designation.

This role requires exceptional communication skills, as you will collaborate closely with clients and other team members to provide tailored financial guidance and support. If you excel at building relationships, are passionate about becoming a trusted partner in business owners’ success, and are committed to delivering outstanding client service, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Prepare financial statements, tax returns (business & individual), and other accounting reports.
Communicate and execute tax planning strategies
Manage multiple deadlines and shift priorities efficiently
Ensure work is completed accurately and on time
Meet with clients and other team members to build relationships, identify planning opportunities, and address business needs.
Stay updated on tax laws, accounting standards, and industry best practices.
Respond to client questions and provide timely guidance

Qualifications & Skills

CPA license preferred (or actively pursuing)
3+ years of experience in accounting and/or tax preparation
Strong ability to develop and maintain relationships with coworkers and clients
Ability to juggle multiple clients and deadlines with minimal oversight
Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work independently
Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and tax preparation tools.
