Job Overview

Join our vibrant team as a Server, where your energy and passion for hospitality will create memorable dining experiences for our guests. Your expertise in food and beverage service, combined with your engaging personality, will help foster a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring clarity and efficiency
Serve food and drinks promptly, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
Process sales transactions accurately while upselling menu items like specialty drinks or desserts to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols
Assist with food handling and preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen staff and ensure timely service
Handle cash transactions responsibly, process payments via POS systems, and provide correct change while maintaining a positive guest interaction

Skills

Proven experience in food service roles within fine dining or upscale restaurants with a strong knowledge of beverage service including spirits and wine expertise
Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations and sales processing
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and handle guest inquiries professionally
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
Ability to upsell menu items confidently to boost sales while enhancing guest experience
Experience in cocktail making or beverage crafting is highly desirable
Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred; experience in the food industry is a plus
Familiarity with serving techniques including bussing, hosting/hostess duties, and drink service etiquette
