Joseph Family Markets is a local family-owned company that operates as the ShopRite of Canton. We are in search of the newest member of our management team that fits our company culture!

We are looking for an EXPERIENCED SUPERMARKET BAKERY MANAGER to add to our team. Qualified manager candidates exhibit our company values of integrity, self-realization, family, service, enjoyment and sustainability. A qualified Bakery Manager for the ShopRite of Canton has experience managing and maintaining all requirements in a high-volume supermarket Bakery department, such as: compliance with food safety standards and food allergen practices; high volume bakery production; experience ordering and keeping accurate inventory; managing department shrink; cake decoration; merchandising; and properly managing a staff up to 10 associates. The Bakery Manager position is hourly, Full Time and is 40-48 hours per week.

Additional requirements:

- Must be able to stand, bend, twist, reach, squat, push, pull, and regularly lift & carry 50+ lbs

-Outstanding customer service

-Available 5am-midnight, daily

-Weekend availability required

-Strong leadership skills

-Must be able to work within store coolers, freezers, in and out of cold temperatures

-Must be able to handle all products handled in the deparartment and on the sales floor

-Must be comfortable with utilizing hand-held and computer technology and capable of thoroughly analyzing data
