Experienced Residential Cleaner Needed — Flexible Part-Time Work With Growing Local Cleaning Company
Robin’s Nest Cleaning is a growing residential cleaning company serving New Haven and Fairfield County. We specialize in working with higher-end homes and discerning clients who expect exceptional quality, attention to detail, and professionalism. We are looking for reliable, experienced cleaners who take pride in their work and want to grow with us as our schedule expands.
This is a great opportunity for someone who already has cleaning experience and is looking for flexible daytime work, extra income, or additional cleaning jobs on the side. This may be a good fit for experienced residential cleaners, housekeepers, parents or caregivers with flexible weekday availability, or current cleaners looking for extra work.

This is not an entry-level training position. We are specifically looking for someone who understands how residential cleaning works, has real cleaning experience, and can walk into a home with confidence, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Because we serve higher-end clients with elevated expectations, our cleaners must be comfortable delivering consistent, high-quality results and maintaining a polished, professional presence at all times.
We are not looking for someone who simply “likes to clean their own house.” We are looking for someone who has cleaned professionally, understands client expectations, and can represent our company well inside a client’s home.
What we are looking for:
- Previous paid residential cleaning, housekeeping, Airbnb, move-in/move-out, or professional cleaning experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation

- Ability to work during daytime weekday hours

About the work:
Our company is growing, so hours may start part-time and increase as we continue adding clients. We are looking for cleaners who understand that the schedule will grow over time and who are interested in building with us as we expand.
We handle residential cleanings, deep cleanings, move-in/move-out cleanings, and potential larger projects in Fairfield County and surrounding areas, often in higher-end homes that require a strong eye for detail and professionalism.
