About the Role:

Havenova Home Care Solutions is looking for a warm, nurturing, and reliable Babysitter/Nanny to join our team in Killingworth, CT! This is a wonderful opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families by providing safe, loving, and attentive care in the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities:

Provide attentive, hands-on childcare in a safe and nurturing home environment
Assist with daily routines including meals, nap times, and bedtime schedules
Engage children in age-appropriate activities, play, and educational exercises
Transport children to and from school, activities, or appointments as needed
Maintain a clean and organized environment for the children in care
Communicate regularly and openly with parents regarding the child's day and well-being
Respond calmly and effectively to emergencies or unexpected situations

Requirements:

Previous experience in childcare, babysitting, or nannying strongly preferred
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy with strong references
Patient, compassionate, and genuinely passionate about working with children
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
Ability to pass a background check
Strong communication skills with both children and parents
