If the signing wasn't witnessed by our team, we do not offer it for sale, with no exceptions.

Autograph signing sessions are meticulously arranged with celebrity talent through their agents, managers, or representatives, ensuring a professional setting that accommodates our extensive inventory of exceptional collectibles. We prioritize quality signatures and refrain from using autograph chasers in public spaces like streets or airports. Occasionally, signings take place in our CityWalk store, featuring multiple celebrity guests throughout the year.

What we are looking for:

Do you eat, sleep, and breathe movies? We're looking for teammates who light up when they talk about film history, who can spot a cult classic quote from a mile away, and who know the difference between a limited edition item or a standard release without even thinking. If you find yourself geeking out over actors, directors conventions and collectibles you will feel right at home.

About the Retail Associate Role:

The Retail Sales Associate at Celebrity Authentics Hollywood plays a crucial role in generating sales for the store, requiring consistent customer engagement and a high level of sales expertise.

This is a high end SALES job with sales goals that must be met. If you are uncomfortable approaching customers, having a sales goal and operating in a fast paced environment then you would not be suitable for this position.

This position is not suitable for individuals unfamiliar with a sales environment, those who are reserved or dislike interacting with people.

Retail Associate Responsibilities:

Ensure high-level customer service
Achieve weekly sales goals
Manage client relationships
Maintain inventory
Keep the store clean and organized
Provide weekly progress reports
Implement management's strategies
Build positive working relationships
Develop strong interpersonal skills
Gain a comprehensive understanding of current and future inventory
Maintain professionalism around celebrities

Retail Associate Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience
High sales acumen
Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
Basic computer knowledge
Commitment to multiple store openings and closings weekly
Vast knowledge of popular movies for customer engagement
Analytical skills and attention to detail
Effective communication and negotiation skills
Expert customer service skills
Ability to maintain store standards and promote teamwork
Professionalism around celebrities
Reliable transportation
Experience handling and counting cash
Proficiency with iPad apps
Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, reach overhead, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods
