Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front and Back Office Assistant to join our team in Fullerton, Whittier, and other SoCal locations. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our chiropractic office, providing excellent patient service and administrative support. Experience in a medical/chiropractic setting, with electronic health record (EHR) systems preferred but not required. Qualities we are seeking: fluent in Spanish, multitasker, interact effectively with patients, team player, responsible, dependable, punctual, fast learner.

Duties

Greet patients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
Manage front desk operations, including answering phone and scheduling appointments.
Assist providers with translating for patients during exam.
Assist chiropractor with patient therapy (put patient on traction tables, electrical stimulation, hot/cold packs, exercise, etc.)
Collect medical information from patients.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation review for patient files.
Provide clerical support including filing, typing, and managing correspondence.
Collaborate with clinical staff to coordinate care plans and ensure efficient patient flow.
Handle patient inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance patient satisfaction.

Skills

Computer skills including emailing, EHR, Microsoft Office.
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
Spanish fluency
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation processes.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week

Work Location: In person
