EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO TOP LUXURY REAL ESTATE BROKER

Location: Manhasset, NY 11040

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Join a top-producing luxury real estate team affiliated with Compass's Luxury Division and

Sports & Entertainment Division. The team serves high-net-worth individuals, professional

athletes, entertainers, executives, and discerning clientele throughout Long Island and New

York.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Gail Holman Team is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to work alongside one of Long Island's most respected luxury real estate professionals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

● Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and scheduling.

● Handle emails, phone calls, and client communications.

● Coordinate open houses, and property showings.

● Assist with listing paperwork and data entry.

● Coordinate with photographers, stagers, designers, and other vendors.

● Assist with marketing initiatives, listing launches, and social media coordination.

● Attend occasional events and meetings, taking detailed notes and tracking action items.

● Help create a seamless, white-glove experience for clients from initial contact through

closing.

● Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

● Familiarity with MLS systems is a plus.

● Active real estate license is a plus.

SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION

● Flexible full-time schedule, 30–36 hours per week.

● Annual salary of $40,000–$50,000, based on experience and qualifications.
