Job Overview

We are seeking a well organized, energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Associate to serve as the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will complete front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support daily front office functions. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will help create a professional and efficient environment for guests, visitors, and team members alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office skills while contributing to a dynamic team.

Duties

Greet visitors, guests and fellow team members warmly, ensuring a positive first impression for everyone entering/exiting the premises
Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, directing calls accurately to appropriate departments or personnel
Handle data entry tasks with precision, maintaining accurate posting on guest folios using the property management system
Support clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, and preparing correspondence using Microsoft Office and email applications
Assist with office duties including supply inventory, mail distribution, and maintaining a tidy reception area
Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries efficiently and courteously, ensuring all communication is clear and professional

Skills

A strong computer literacy and technical proficiency is a plus
Experience with Choice Advantage and OKTA will make you stand out from other candidates; however we do offer 2 1/2 weeks of paid training for the right candidate.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing customer support over the phone
Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently and meet deadlines consistently
