Administrative Assistant / Personal Assistant

Origin Investigations Inc. is a private investigation and intelligence agency supporting governments, corporations, law firms, and individuals with investigative and administrative needs throughout the United States and internationally.

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Personal Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative and personal support in our Downtown Los Angeles office. This is an in-person, Monday–Friday position and is not eligible for remote work.

The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, professional, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative, organizational, and personal support tasks. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, good judgment, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Provide general administrative and clerical support.
Assist with scheduling, appointments, correspondence, filing, and organization.
Maintain organized documents, records, and files.
Prepare documents, forms, spreadsheets, and other materials.
Handle phone calls, emails, and routine communications as needed.
Coordinate and track appointments, meetings, deliveries, and other tasks.
Assist with errands and day-to-day personal tasks when needed.
Pick up or deliver documents, supplies, or other items.
Assist with research, data entry, and miscellaneous projects.
Manage multiple tasks and priorities while meeting deadlines.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Perform other administrative, personal, and organizational duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Diligent and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks.
Professional and respectful communication skills.
Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently.
Comfortable learning new systems, software, and processes.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required due to occasional errands.
