This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who is equally comfortable managing people, improving processes, analyzing performance, and stepping onto the warehouse floor to solve problems firsthand.
The right person doesn't simply fix today's problem. They determine why it happened and build the process, accountability, or control necessary to prevent it from happening again.

- Establish clear procedures for damaged, defective, returned, or unsellable inventory.
- Develop and enforce quality-control checkpoints throughout receiving, personalization, fulfillment, and shipping.

- Oversee workflow, scheduling, and priorities for embroidery and personalization operations.
- Partner with embroidery leadership to maintain quality standards, turnaround times, and appropriate staffing.
