Full Job Description

The Baton Rouge Clinic, AMC is seeking a detail-oriented and professional candidate with knowledge of medical insurance processes, strong data entry accuracy, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have previous experience scheduling appointments within a large physician group and the ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments.
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
- Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and office staff.
- Ensure efficient daily office operations and patient flow.
- Provide exceptional customer service in a professional and courteous manner.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Assist with general administrative and front office duties as needed.
- Maintain compliance with office policies, procedures, and HIPAA regulations.

- Previous medical scheduling or receptionist experience preferred.
