What You’ll Do

Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions focused on communication, behavior, and independence
Collect and record precise, high-quality data using digital systems
Maintain a structured, safe, and engaging environment
Work directly with a BCBA, including weekly coaching and feedback in person.
Uphold clinical and ethical standards, including HIPAA compliance

Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to stay physically active and engaged throughout the day
Willingness to learn, accept coaching, and grow clinically
