Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchasing and Billing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will manage procurement processes, oversee vendor relationships, and ensure accurate billing and inventory control. Your expertise in supply chain management systems and ERP platforms will drive efficiency, support strategic sourcing, and facilitate seamless operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company's success by optimizing purchasing activities and maintaining strong vendor partnerships.

Responsibilities

Coordinate procurement activities using purchasing management platform to ensure timely acquisition of goods and services.
Oversee inventory management processes, including inventory control, stock replenishment, and tracking using system.
Process purchase orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and procurement standards.
Collaborate with logistics teams to coordinate delivery schedules, monitor supply chain flow, and resolve any issues related to shipping or receiving.
Maintain detailed records of purchase transactions, billing information, and vendor correspondence for audit purposes.
Analyze Excel data and generate reports on procurement trends, pricing analysis, and inventory levels to support strategic decision-making.
Submit billing to customers monthly.
Maintain Accounts Receivable and ensure timely collections.

Skills

Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, SAP ERP, JD Edwards, Oracle EBS, RFMS or similar platforms for materials management and procurement.
Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles including sourcing, logistics, inventory control, and MRP (Material Requirements Planning).
Experience with purchasing management systems supporting direct negotiation procurement and vendor relationship management.
Excellent communication skills for effective vendor negotiation and relationship building.
Skilled in spreadsheet tools like Excel for data analysis, reporting, and forecasting related to procurement activities.
Familiarity with accounting software for billing reconciliation and financial tracking.
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
