Full Job Description

Step into a rewarding opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) in vibrant West Palm Beach, FL. This full-time, contract position offers invaluable experience serving students across multiple school locations within the county, each with unique caseloads and age groups. Assignments are thoughtfully combined to create a full-time role tailored to your preferences—with the added value of on-site SLP-CCC supervision to support you throughout your clinical fellowship year.

Key qualifications and desired experience:

Active Florida Provisional SLP License issued by the Department of Health
Eligibility to complete and clear fingerprinting and JLA badge requirements (previous prints may be transferable through AHCA Clearinghouse)
Genuine commitment to making a difference in school communities
Enthusiasm for collaborating with other professionals and participating in supervision
Strong organizational and communication skills
Willingness to work on-site at designated campuses—no virtual roles available

Responsibilities will include:

Providing assessment and intervention services for varied student caseloads (PreK through high school, including ASD, ESE, and general education)
Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
Documenting progress, preparing IEP materials, and participating in meetings with families and education teams
Embracing supervision, feedback, and continuous learning throughout your CF year
Facilitating positive communication with school staff, parents, and administrators

This assignment begins August 10, 2026, and continues through May 27, 2027, with a consistent 35-hour workweek. Multiple locations are available; you can rank your top three site preferences based on scheduling and specialty interests.
