Fit Foodz Café is looking for an energetic, dependable, and fast-paced team member to join our Smoothie & Juice Bar for day Shifts 10am-3pm. We are seeking someone who thrives in a high-volume environment and can efficiently prepare multiple beverages at once while maintaining speed, consistency, and exceptional quality. Day Shifts 10am-3pm.
Previous experience as a barista, smoothie maker, juice bar attendant, or in another high-volume beverage concept is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare smoothies, fresh juices, protein shakes, wellness beverages, and specialty drinks according to company recipes.
- Accurately prepare multiple drink orders simultaneously while maintaining speed, quality, and consistency.
- Assist customers by taking orders, answering phones, and providing friendly, knowledgeable service.
- Learn the menu thoroughly in order to answer customer questions, make recommendations, and accurately process orders.
- Wash, prep, stock, and organize fruits, vegetables, powders, and other ingredients.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked smoothie and juice station throughout each shift.
- Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team during busy service periods.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista, smoothie maker, juice bar attendant, or similar fast-paced beverage position preferred.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized during busy rushes.
- Comfortable preparing several drinks at one time without sacrificing quality or accuracy.
- Strong sense of urgency with excellent attention to detail.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and reliable.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Weekend availability is required.

Experience at Starbucks, Tropical Smoothie Café, Smoothie King, Jamba, Playa Bowls, Clean Juice, Juice Generation, or another high-volume beverage concept is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
