Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Marketing Communications Coordinator to join our innovative marketing team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind developing and executing compelling multichannel marketing campaigns that elevate our brand presence across digital and traditional platforms. Your creativity, strategic thinking, and passion for marketing will help us connect with our target audience.

Summary:

This position assists in marketing efforts including coordination of communications, projects, flyers, and club website. Performs a range of specialized and administrative duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following;

· Collects and coordinates content and written materials from all departments that assist with the development of the Club’s email and printed communications.

· Proof-reads content and text for corrections and changes.

Establishes and creates uniformed print materials for all areas of the club.
Updates marketing materials as directed by Communications Manager.
Maintains and updates the clubhouse digital displays.
Maintains and updates club website and oversees the Club smartphone apps.
Attends Safety Committee meetings and keeps up to date with required assignments.
Takes photos of club events for use in club publications, social media, and/or exhibits.

· Updates and maintains the website event calendar.

· Assists with maintaining the Member Directory and the on-going hard copy of the directory.

· Organizes and formats emails.

· Promotes all internal Club activities and promotions, table tents, newsletters, e-mails, website, flyers, and any other means.

· Develop reports and undertakes special projects as applicable to sustain member satisfaction.

· Assists in production of membership information for direct mail, internal, website, publications, etc.

· Works with Communication team on various assigned projects and activities.

· Ensures that pertinent, timely and accurate information is presented to the membership.

· Communicates with members, co-workers, management, and the general public in a courteous and professional manner.

· Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions.

· Exhibits and maintains a professional demeanor to reflect a positive image of The Club.

· Performs other duties as assigned as assigned by the Director of Marketing & Communications.

· Proficiency with email marketing platforms and website content management systems.

· Experience with video creation and editing experience is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

·Must be well versed in Adobe Creative Cloud Applications, must be strong in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.

· Must have photography skills.

· Must have excellent proof-reading skills.

· Must have the ability to remain focused under pressure and deadlines.

· Requires excellent organizational skills.

· Ability to verbally communicate in English and in writing.

· Ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions in English.

· Ability to interact professionally and maintain effective working relationships with superiors, co-workers, and members.

Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
