Location: In Office / On Location as Needed
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $60,000 per year
Benefits: Eligible after successful completion of 90-day probationary period
About the Role
We are looking for a full-time Videographer / Video Editor to join our team and help us create high-quality video and photo content across multiple platforms. This role will support a wide range of creative needs, including documentary filming, interviews, advertising content, TV spots, social media videos, website content, product videos, and general brand storytelling.
This is a hands-on creative role for someone who is comfortable filming, editing, interviewing, directing, and helping shape the story behind the content. The ideal candidate is technically skilled, creatively curious, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment where projects may range from polished documentary-style interviews to quick-turn social ads.
Most work will be performed in office, with some filming required at off-site locations as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality video and photo content for ads, TV, social media, web, internal projects, and documentary-style productions
- Film interviews, product demonstrations, lifestyle content, behind-the-scenes footage, testimonials, and promotional videos
- Help direct video shoots, including setting up shots, guiding interview subjects, framing scenes, and shaping the overall creative direction
- Edit videos for multiple formats, including short-form social content, long-form documentary content, ad creatives, TV spots, YouTube-style videos, and website assets
- Conduct or support interviews in a comfortable, professional, and conversational way
- Set up and operate cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and basic production gear
- Capture photography for use in ads, product pages, social media, web banners, and other marketing materials
- Work with the marketing and leadership teams to plan, shoot, and deliver content that supports brand goals
- Organize video files, project folders, raw footage, exports, and creative assets
- Create content optimized for different platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon, Shopify, email, and paid ads
- Assist with creative concepts, shot lists, storyboards, scripts, interview questions, and production planning
- Maintain a consistent visual style and quality standard across all video and photo content
- Travel locally as needed for off-site shoots, interviews, events, or brand-related filming
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is someone who can operate as both a videographer and a creative storyteller. We need someone who can capture clean, professional footage, but also understand the “why” behind the content. You should be comfortable asking interview questions, making people feel natural on camera, and identifying moments that help tell a better story.
This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys both production and post-production, and who wants to grow into a larger creative/directorial role over time.
Qualifications
- Experience filming and editing video content professionally or semi-professionally
- Strong understanding of camera operation, framing, lighting, audio, and basic production workflows
- Experience editing in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software

- Ability to edit for different styles, including ads, social clips, product videos, documentaries, and brand storytelling
- Basic photography experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage footage, files, deadlines, and multiple projects
- Ability to take creative direction and also contribute original ideas
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to work primarily in office and travel locally for shoots as needed
- Reliable transportation required for off-site filming
- Portfolio, demo reel, or examples of previous video work required
Preferred Skills
- Experience creating content for social media platforms
- Experience with paid ad creative or direct-response video content
- Experience filming interviews, testimonials, or documentary-style footage

- Product photography or lifestyle photography experience
- Basic color correction and audio cleanup skills
- Drone experience is a plus, but not required
