ABOUT THE ROLE

The Customer Service & Data Entry Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional customer support while maintaining accurate records and processing customer orders. This role serves as a primary point of contact for customers via phone and email, ensuring inquiries are handled promptly and professionally. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

MARINE OPERATIONS SUPPORT

Respond to customer inquiries via telephone and email in a professional and timely manner.
Enter, update, and maintain accurate customer and order information within company systems.
Process customer orders and verify order details for accuracy.
Assist customers with questions, concerns, and requests related to products, services, and order status.
Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support departmental operations.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in related field
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working with customers, and internal teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment
Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
