Company: Global Debt Relief

Global Debt Relief is a financial services company based in Boca Raton, FL, specializing in debt restructuring for small business owners burdened by high-cost merchant cash advance (MCA) payments. We help business owners across the country regain control of their cash flow, and we are looking for motivated sales professionals to help us grow.

The average client we work with owes $150,000 to $200,000 in MCA debt. We help them restructure those payments and, on average, cut what they owe by 50 to 75 percent. The work makes a real difference, and our clients thank us for it.

The Opportunity

As a Debt Solutions Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for business owners who are actively seeking relief from MCA debt. Qualified leads are provided, so there is no cold prospecting from scratch. Your job is to listen, consult, and guide clients toward a solution that genuinely helps them.

We develop talent from within. Strong consultants have a clear path to Senior Consultant and Closer roles, with significantly higher earning potential at each level.

What You'll Do

Consult with qualified leads, business owners actively dealing with MCA debt burdens
Build rapport quickly, understand each client's financial situation, and present tailored solutions
Work through objections professionally and guide prospects through the enrollment process
Follow a proven consultative process and receive ongoing coaching from senior staff and the GM
Maintain accurate records in CRM and manage your daily pipeline effectively
Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets

Who We're Looking For

We actively welcome professionals with a background in MCA sales or closing. If you have worked in merchant cash advance, business funding, or alternative lending, your expertise translates directly here and you will hit the ground running.

Sales or consulting experience in other fields is equally valued, including mortgages, insurance, auto sales, solar, or financial services. We also welcome driven candidates with no formal background who are coachable, confident communicators, and ready to put in the work.

Comfortable with high call volume and a fast-paced environment
Resilient, handles rejection professionally and stays focused
Self-motivated and accountable without needing constant direction
Team-oriented, competes hard and supports the people around them

Compensation and Perks

Our top consultants earn $80,000 to $150,000+ per year. Compensation includes base pay plus commission, with daily, weekly, and monthly bonuses tied to real activity and results. Pay is distributed every Friday.
