Oliveri Millworks is a custom high-end architectural millwork operation located in West Palm Beach, FL. We fabricate a custom line of mahogany, steel, stainless steel windows and interior doors, and custom woodwork.

Position Summary: We are looking for a candidate to join our team that has previous experience in project management and architectural drafting.

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources Payroll Coordinator/Administrative Coordinator to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will manage payroll processing, ensure compliance with labor and tax laws, and support various administrative functions across the organization. Your expertise will help streamline payroll operations, maintain accurate employee records, and uphold confidentiality while fostering a positive work environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of delivering efficient HR and payroll services with precision and professionalism.

Duties

Process payroll accurately and efficiently using systems such as Workday, ADP, Paychex, or UltiPro, ensuring timely payments for all employees.
Maintain and update employee records within HRIS platforms, including Kronos, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, or similar systems.
Reconcile payroll data through account reconciliation techniques, double-entry bookkeeping, and journal entries to ensure financial accuracy.
Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws by staying current on regulations related to payroll tax, labor law, and benefits administration.
Support benefits administration activities by managing employee enrollments, changes, and inquiries related to health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Handle confidential information with integrity while managing sensitive payroll data entry and processing tasks.
Assist in generating reports for management analysis using spreadsheets and financial software; perform analysis to identify discrepancies or issues requiring resolution.

Skills

Extensive experience with payroll systems such as Workday, ADP, Paychex, Kronos, UltiPro, or PeopleSoft.
Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms and time & attendance systems for accurate data management.
Familiarity with accounting software and concepts including general ledger accounting, non-profit accounting, governmental accounting, and financial software tools.
In-depth understanding of employment & labor law, payroll tax regulations, and labor law compliance requirements.
Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel), data entry accuracy (10 key typing), and analysis skills for reporting purposes.
Ability to perform account reconciliation, journal entries, debits & credits with technical accounting expertise.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments and support staff inquiries.
