Full Job Description

Overview

Join as a Home Care Marketing Representative for our Florida location. We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and relationship-driven professional to help grow our presence within the healthcare community and increase referrals for our home care services.

In this role, you will build strong relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, physicians, social workers, case managers, and community organizations. Your efforts will help seniors and families access compassionate, high-quality care in the comfort of their homes.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about healthcare marketing, community outreach, and business development in a growing healthcare organization.

Duties

Develop and implement marketing and outreach strategies to increase referrals and brand awareness
Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, assisted living facilities, senior centers, physicians, and community partners
Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and service demonstrations to promote home care services
Generate and follow up on referral leads and prospective clients
Coordinate marketing events, networking opportunities, and community outreach activities
Maintain detailed records of outreach activities and referral sources using Microsoft Office tools
Analyze local market trends and identify opportunities for business growth
Provide excellent customer service to referral partners, clients, and families throughout the onboarding process
Collaborate with office staff and leadership to support census growth and client satisfaction

Requirements

Experience in healthcare marketing, home care marketing, medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or business development preferred
Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently and manage outside sales activities
Professional presentation and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Reliable transportation for community visits and meetings
Knowledge of the Florida healthcare and senior care market is a plus
