Full Job Description

OUTSIDE SALES / TERRITORY SALES POSITION SERVING PALM BEACH & THE TREASURE COAST. Florida Made Tiny Homes is headquartered in Casselberry, Florida (Orlando area). You'll manage your territory from your home office, meet with clients virtually and in person throughout your market, collaborate with our corporate team, and occasionally travel to our Casselberry offices.

As a New Home Sales Consultant, you'll sell within our dedicated Palm Beach & Treasure Coast territory. Candidates must reside within the market they will serve.

Florida Made Tiny Homes is growing and we are expanding our sales team to bring our innovative tiny homes, accessory dwelling units (ADUs), and space-saving single-family homes to new Florida markets. We are currently hiring a New Home Sales Consultant for our Palm Beach & Treasure Coast sales team.

What You’ll Do

You will have the opportunity to serve homeowners and your team while achieving your personal goals by:

Completing company-generated in-home appointments in addition to setting appointments with self-generated leads for a bigger commission.
Leading every customer through a structured ADU sales process to increase sales.
Discovering customers’ pain points, problems and the feasibility of building an ADU as a solution.
Partnering with our vetted lenders to optimize financing solutions.
Impressing customers with customized home quotes tailored to solve their biggest housing challenges.
Uncovering and overcoming objections, confidently closing sales to hit sales and revenue goals.
Building and nurturing your sales pipeline through social media, home shows, Realtors, industry professionals, and other lead gen channels.
