Receptionist/Office Assistant

Position Summary:

The Office Assistant plays a key role in supporting daily dealership operations. This position assists with accounting, clerical duties, and coordination between sales, service, and management teams.

Responsibilities:

Process vehicle deals and prepare paperwork for funding
Stock in new and used vehicle inventory
Title work and registration processing
Accounts payable & receivable support
Reconcile schedules and maintain accurate records
Answer phones and assist customers professionally
Provide administrative support to sales and service departments
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all documentation

Qualifications:

Previous dealership experience preferred (GM experience a plus)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience with Automate or other Automotive DMS systems preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
