Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this vital role, you will support a wide range of HR functions, ensuring smooth operations and compliance across the organization. Your energetic approach and proactive mindset will help foster a positive workplace environment, streamline administrative processes, and enhance employee engagement. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your career in human resources while contributing to organizational success.

Responsibilities

Assist with talent acquisition activities and scheduling interviews.
Assist with orientation and training; ensure that proper new hire paperwork has been completed, including I9 documentation and certifications.
Support new employee orientation and onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration into the company culture.
Manage employee records and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards with precision, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with employment laws.
Contribute to performance management initiatives by supporting training & development programs.
Support compliance efforts related to employment & labor law, affirmative action planning, workers' compensation, and FMLA regulations Requirements.
Proven experience in an HR department or administrative role supporting human resources functions.
Proficiency in Microsoft business.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to adapt quickly to change management initiatives and organizational design projects.

Qualifications

High School Diploma required; Associate degree in related field preferred.
Two years of related experience
Ability to multitask
Strong attention to detail
Effective communication skills
A reliable, responsible attitude and compassionate approach
Must be able to discreetly handle confidential information and data
