We are looking for a few talented, passionate, experienced, Host and Greeters to help complete our team at our Temazcal Tequila Cantina in Dedham MA. Duties
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Seat guests and manage reservations
- Provide guests with menus and inform them of specials
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Manage waitlists and coordinate seating arrangements
- Answer phone calls and take reservations
- Collaborate with servers to ensure efficient service

Skills
- Experience in guest services, hospitality, or food service is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Toast or similar restaurant software is a plus
- Ability to handle high-stress situations with a calm demeanor
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
