The Printed Electronics Assembler is involved in all aspects of membrane switch assembly and test production.

Sets-up and operates Flex Laminator.

Applies encapsulant over SMD components

Hand applies individual switch layers, insulating tape, overlays to circuit pack layer and membrane switch to subpanel when required.

Crimps and applies housings of terminal pins using Manual, Auto or Berg Crimper when needed.

Follows industry standard ESD protocol

Tests circuit electrical function using a Mistral Keypad Tester

Packages finished product in a manner to prevent damage in shipping

Verifies product conformance to customer specification
Must haves:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
