**Job Title: Automotive Dealer CVR Title Clerk / AP/AR Clerk**

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Automotive Dealer CVR Title Clerk / AP/AR Clerk to join our growing team. This dual-role position requires a candidate who excels in managing vehicle titles and also has a strong aptitude for handling accounts payable and receivable tasks. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial and clerical tasks.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **CVR Title Clerk Duties:**

Process and manage vehicle titles, registrations, and related documentation accurately.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations concerning vehicle titles.
Collaborate with sales and finance departments to resolve title-related issues promptly.
Maintain thorough and organized records of all vehicle transactions.

2. **Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Duties:**

Manage accounts payable including invoice processing, payment disbursal, and vendor communication.
Oversee accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely invoicing and payment collection.
Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.

**Qualifications:**

Previous experience as a title clerk or in an automotive dealership setting is highly desirable.
Proven track record in managing AP/AR processes with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
