Full Job Description

Woodcraft Supply, LLC, one of the nation’s premier retailers of fine woodworking tools, supplies and education, is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Parkersburg, WV.

In this role, you’ll play an important part in keeping our financial operations running smoothly. You’ll manage purchase order receipts, process invoices and support a variety of accounts payable activities that keep our business moving forward. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys working with precision and takes pride in mastering consistent processes.

Essential Functions of the Job:

Process receipts & invoices for payment of purchase orders.
Communicate with vendors and other internal departments with clarity and respect.
Balance limited amount of financial accounts during month end process.
Assist with the month end process and month end entries as needed.
Assist with larger accounting department projects as assigned.

Qualifications & Education Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred.
One to three years of experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, administrative support, data entry, banking, customer service, or other detail-oriented office environments preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to process a high volume of transactions while meeting deadlines.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications.

Successful candidates will be comfortable processing a high volume of transactions, working with large amounts of data, and performing repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy and consistency.
