Client Support Advisor

Base Salary: $45,000–$75,000 (Negotiable)

Entry / early-career: $45k–$55k

Experienced professional support: $55k–$65k

Licensed / advanced responsibility: $65k–$75k+

We are seeking a Client Support Advisor— someone ready to grow based on performance, capability, licensing, and leadership.

The Role: What You’ll Do

This is a client service and advisor support role, not a sales or production position.

Key responsibilities include:

Processing new accounts and client service requests
Supporting advisors before, during, and after client meetings
Managing paperwork, follow-ups, and account coordination
Communicating professionally with clients and internal team members
Maintaining accuracy, organization, and workflow discipline
Playing a meaningful role in delivering a first-class client experience

Compensation, Incentives & Benefits

Base Salary: $45,000–$75,000, negotiable based on experience, capability, and licensing
As responsibilities, skills, and licensing expand, base compensation increases accordingly
Incentive opportunities become available as you progress within the firm
High performers who expand responsibility and leadership capacity can exceed this range over time
