Full Job Description

Empire Insurance Strategies is expanding and seeking motivated professionals who are ready to build a long-term career in the insurance industry. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are competitive, goal-oriented, and interested in growing into leadership roles over time.

In this role, you’ll help individuals and families find the right life, health, and Medicare insurance solutions while developing your own book of business. High-performing agents have the opportunity to advance into management and team leadership positions as they grow within the organization.

This is a commission-based position with uncapped earning potential. First-year agents commonly earn between $50,000 and $250,000, with top producers earning substantially more through renewals and residual income. Vesting begins immediately, allowing agents to build long-term income from the start.

Candidates with a history of achievement in professional, academic, athletic, or entrepreneurial settings

Valid driver’s license required
Ability to obtain a life insurance license

Key Responsibilities

Learn and apply the company’s sales process
Educate clients on life, health, and Medicare coverage options
Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the policy process
Stay informed on insurance products, compliance standards, and market updates
Consistently meet activity and production goals
