*Open Interviews - Must be within 50 miles of Hurricane, West Virginia.

Tuesday, August 25th - 10:00am – 3:00pm (Interview spots may be limited in the afternoon)

Education and Experience - Hiring Event! Customer Service Representative with AEP / Appalachian Power

What You Bring to the Table:

A high school diploma or GED.
At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role that required problem-solving and effective communication.
Previous experience working from a computer full-time
Ability to meet the requirement of working various shifts, including some weekends and occasional overtime—because helping our customers comes first.
Residency within the state of West Virginia
