LEAD VIDEOGRAPHER + QUALITY CONTROL LEAD
Location: Charleston, West Virginia + Surrounding Areas (within ~1 hour)
Type: Part-Time (15–25 Hours Per Week) with Path to Full-Time
Compensation: $2,000/Month (Approximately $25 Per Hour to Start)

We are not looking for someone who simply presses record.
We are looking for someone who can confidently run shoots, support clients on camera, keep projects organized, and become a key part of a growing video production company.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the creative and organizational side of video production and wants to grow into a larger leadership role over time.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Film talking-head videos, testimonials, social media content, brand videos, and commercial content
- Operate camera, lighting, audio, and production equipment
- Help clients feel comfortable and confident on camera
- Guide clients through scripts, interview questions, and filming sessions
- Capture high-quality B-roll and supporting footage
- Organize, label, and upload footage after shoots
- Assist with quality control reviews before projects are delivered
Review videos for:
- Audio quality
- Caption accuracy
- Brand consistency
- Formatting
- Pacing and flow
- Client-specific requirements
- Collaborate with editors and virtual assistants to keep projects moving
- Help write and organize scripts using AI tools such as ChatGPT (training provided)
- Assist with scheduling shoots and coordinating production logistics
- Support larger video projects as the company continues to grow

- 1–3+ years of videography or content production experience
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable directing people on camera

- Willingness to travel throughout the Charleston area and surrounding communities
